Frozen Shoulder
Frozen shoulder and shoulder problems are one of the more common complaints treated in the clinic. Generally only a few treatments are needed to help rectify the problem, in a lot of instances headache is associated with the shoulder pain, I find that once the shoulder problem is alleviated the headaches are no longer a problem.
A couple of very simple exercises are shown to the client and these, if performed for a few minutes, two to three times each day. will help the problem from recurring
